大直径混凝土圆形浓缩池在温度作用下的应力分折

摘要: 随着洗煤厂的大形化,煤泥水处理量的要求越高,大直径浓缩池的应用也越多.温度作用在大直径浓缩池的设计中也逐渐成为决定因素.而几大主流规范如:《荷载》《给排水规范》《给排水规程》对温度作用的计算原则及方法又不够明确,设计人员往往因设计周期短等因素没有对温度作用做仔细分析,因温度作用考虑不足,裂缝控制不严,造成大直径浓缩池漏水量超标,即影响了浓缩池的结构安全又污染了环境.综合以上几本规范、手册及sap2000有限元分析通过对Φ35m直径浓缩池在两种主要温度作用下的计算,分析表明正确足额考虑温度作用的必要性,并提出几点设计施工建议,以供设计人员参考.

Abstract: As in a large scale coal preparation plant, the amount of slime water processingrequirements of higher, more application of large diameter thickener. Temperatureeffect in the design of large diameter thickening pool has become the decisive factor. And several major norms such as: 《Load Standard》、《Drainage Standard 》、《Drainage Rules》 on the temperature the calculation principle and method is not clear enough, designers often due to short design cycle factors did not do a carefulanalysis of temperature effect due to temperature effect, the lack of consideration,the crack control is not strict, resulting in large diameter thickening tank leakagecontent exceed the standard, that affect the structural safety of concentration tankand pollution of the environment. Above the specifications, manuals and SAP2000 finite element analysis based on the calculation of the two main types oftemperature under the action of Φ 35m diameter thickener, analysis shows that the necessity of full consideration of the correct temperature effects, and puts forward some design and construction suggestions, in order to provide references for designers.
